आवश्यक दस्तावेज

आवेदन के साथ निम्नलिखित प्रमाणपत्रों की फोटोकॉपी भेजी जानी चाहिए। आवेदन के साथ मूल प्रमाण पत्र नहीं भेजने चाहिए। सभी उम्मीदवारों द्वारा आवेदन के साथ सहायक दस्तावेजों की प्रतियां, जन्म तिथि (जन्म प्रमाण पत्र या 10 वीं कक्षा का प्रमाण पत्र), शिक्षा योग्यता और सक्षम प्राधिकारी द्वारा जारी किए गए अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र को विधिवत रूप से राजपत्रित अधिकारी द्वारा सत्यापित किया जाना है।

• शैक्षिक और व्यावसायिक योग्यता प्रमाण पत्र।

गजटेड अधिकारी द्वारा विधिवत सत्यापित तीन पासपोर्ट आकार की हाल की तस्वीरें, आवेदन के दाहिने कोने पर एक और प्रवेश पत्र पर एक-एक (डुप्लिकेट में) और दो स्व-सत्यापित (रिवर्स साइड पर) पासपोर्ट आकार के फोटो अलग से आवेदन के साथ संलग्न किए जाने हैं। नाम, फोटो की तारीख और पीछे की तरफ जन्मतिथि लिखा हुआ होना चाहिए।

Store Keeper Qualification:

• Candidates should have 12th Class Passed or its equivalent from a recognized board/ university.

MTS Qualification:

• Candidates should have Matriculation or Equivalent pass from recognized Board.

सामान्य शर्तें और निर्देश

• The envelope must be clearly super-scribed on the top as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ______.
• Fill all the columns of the application yourself, In plain and Capital letters.
• No cutting or over harvesting in the application.

चयन प्रक्रिया

The Selection process will comprise of an Initial Screening of all candidates, a Physical Test (as applicable) Written Test (for all categories). Final merit will be decided on the basis of combined marks obtained in the Written Test. No marks will be awarded for physical test, however, it is essential to qualify the physical test so as to appear for written test.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

PET shall be conducted for all short listed candidates who qualify for the post applied. The criteria for PET is to qualify the 1.6 KM run as per the following timings:-

• Male :– 6 Minutes 30 Seconds
• Female :– 8 Minutes 30 Seconds

The written examination will be of two hours (2 Hours) duration on the date to be notified separately. The question papers will be bilingual, i.e. English and Hindi. However, the questions on the portion of English language subject will be in English only. The written test will comprise of four parts as given below.

Venue for Physical test/ written test :- Military Station Suratgarh (Rajasthan). Candidates be in possession of admit card, identification proof like voter card/driving license/Aadhar card etc. and writing material (pen, pencil, clipboard etc) for written exam. Candidates are required to bring and submit their original documents/certificates viz date of birth, education qualification, ITI certificate, SC/ST/OBC, experience certificate etc. only at the time of Interview.
